Service Description

Doula means woman’s helper. A doula provides practical tips and emotional support to women throughout the arc of the childbearing year and for the duration of labor. The continuous support of a doula during labor has been shown to increase the likelihood of vaginal delivery, minimize the risk of interventions, and create a more positive birth experience. My services include at least two prenatal visits, continuous support for the duration of your birth, and one postpartum visit. In Connecticut: $1500 Virtual Support: $800
